‘WEEN DREAM is an all-volunteer organization, meaning its board members donate their time, skills, and networks to ensure every child who requests a Halloween costume each year receives one. We rely on seasonal volunteers to join our small team of 5 at our costume headquarters in Jefferson, LA (just outside of New Orleans) to process, match, box, and ship thousands of costumes every October.
